At Jewelura, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, box, and any certificates or accessories.

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

Gift cards or promotional vouchers
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping charges.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.
Note: Note: A new shipping fee will be applied for all returns (except in cases of damage or error on our part). This fee will be deducted from your refund amount or charged separately, depending on the method of return.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we may have already started processing your order, especially for custom pieces.
