SHIPPING POLICY OF JEWELURA

At Jewelura, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and other important information.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 5–7 business days for production.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you in such cases via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer domestic shipping with flat rates that apply on checkout as soon as you select location. 

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and shipping carrier details. You can use this to track your order status in real time.


4. Shipping Delays

Jewelura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control

We recommend keeping your contact details up to date for timely delivery.


5. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at jewelura.in@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after your order has been shipped cannot be accommodated.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
